For creators who would rather film than edit

You film. It edits.
You take the credit.

Filming is the quick part. Then come the twelve takes, the umms, the captions and the sound effects, and the reel sits in your camera roll for a week. The Lazy Team does that part. You type one plain sentence in Claude, and you get a finished CapCut draft you can still change.

01Sound familiar?

Filming takes ten minutes. Editing takes your whole Sunday.

You had the idea. You filmed it. Then the editing starts, and that's where good reels go to die.

The takes

Take twelve was the good one

You stumble, laugh, start again. Later you scrub through every single take to find the one that worked.

The umms

Pauses, umms and restarts

You cut them out one by one, on a tiny phone screen, until the reel finally flows.

The captions

Every word, by hand

You type the captions, fix the timing, pick a font, then do it all again for the next reel.

The camera roll

The reel that never goes up

The idea was good and the filming is done. It's still sitting there because editing feels like homework.

Keep the fun part. Hand your team the rest.

You still decide what you say and how it looks. Your team cuts the takes, puts captions, sounds, stickers and cards on the right words, and opens it all in CapCut for you to polish.

It's made for you if
  • You talk to the camera, or film your life and want it to look good
  • Editing is the reason your reels don't go up
  • You'd rather type a sentence than learn another app
  • You have Claude Pro, or you're happy to get it

It's not for you if you want a full movie editor, film with several cameras at once, or want something that posts for you.

02The job it does

3½ minutes of filming in. A 1:20 reel out.

This is my launch reel. I filmed six clips and said some lines more than once. My team kept the last take of every line, cut the pauses and repeats, sped me up a little, and added the captions, cards and sounds.

And when you didn't say a word

250 clips from one day. A 20-second reel.

Say make a b-roll reel and point it at a day of clips. It watched all 250 of mine from Universal Studios Japan, picked the steady, sharp moments, cut them to music on the beat, and added the hook and the place names. It even left my kids and our tickets out.

03The effects

Everything that makes a reel look edited.

Every one of these lands on the word you say it. All of them are in your draft as normal CapCut pieces, so you can move, change or delete any of them.

04How it works

You talk. Your team edits.

The Lazy Team is a folder you open in Claude, in the Claude desktop app. You ask in plain words, and it all runs on your computer.

  1. Film on your phone

Vertical for reels, sideways for YouTube. Messed up a line? Just say it again. The last take wins.

  2. Drop it in your inbox folder

AirDrop or download your clips to your computer and drag them in. That's the whole filing system.

  3. Type "edit my reel"

It finds your takes, cuts the umms and the long pauses, writes a hook and picks the words that pop.

  4. Watch the preview, say yes

Want something different? Say it like you'd say it to a friend: "make the hook shorter", "add a whoosh".

  5. Open CapCut and post

Your draft is waiting, with a caption to paste. Polish anything you like, export and post.

05In CapCut

A real project, not a flat video.

Your reel opens as a normal CapCut draft with every piece on its own track. Nothing is baked in, so you can change anything with your mouse.

Words

Every caption is editable

Tap a word to fix it, or change the font and color.

Clips

Drag an edge

Every piece is its own clip, so dragging brings a word back.

Sounds

Each on its own track

Move a whoosh, mute a ding, swap the music.

Versions

Never overwritten

Each build is a new draft, 1.1, then 1.2, so your old version stays safe.

06Your whole team

It's not just an editor. It's a team.

07Who made it

Made by the laziest editor alive.

Hi, I'm Twinkle. This year I used Claude to automate my two businesses, and my job became mostly clicking start and stop. Then I pointed it at the part of content I hated most: editing.

Now I film, my team edits, and I take the credit. Every reel on this page was made with it.

08Before you buy

Check these three things first.

It's an instant download, so make sure it fits before you buy.

A Mac or a Windows computer

You still film on your phone. The editing happens on your computer.

Claude Pro

About $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude. The free plan doesn't include the part that does the work.

CapCut for your computer

It's free. Your reels open there, ready to polish and export.

Setup is one sentence. Unzip the folder, open it in Claude and type the words on the right. Claude installs everything for you, in about 10 minutes, and builds a test reel to prove it works.

set me up

Your videos stay with you

Video files never leave your computer. Claude reads the words you say, and for b-roll reels, small stills from your clips.

Check before you post

It uses AI, and AI can get things wrong, so watch every reel before it goes up.

One buyer, one license

Use it for your own content on your own computers. Please don't share the files.

No promises on views

It saves you the editing. The views are up to you and the algorithm.

10FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still wondering? DM me on Instagram at @lifebytwinklee.

I'm not techie. Can I really use this?

Yes. You type normal sentences, like texting a friend. The Start Here guide walks you through everything, and Claude does the installing. I don't even type: I talk to it.

Is Claude free?

The app is free to download, but your team needs Claude Pro, about $20 a month. The free plan doesn't include the part that does the work.

Mac or Windows?

Both. You need a computer for the editing. You still film on your phone.

Does it work for YouTube?

Yes, both kinds. Shorts work like reels. For long videos filmed sideways, it cuts the umms, pauses and bad takes, adds clean captions, gives you a wide CapCut draft and writes your chapter times.

Does it post for me?

No. Your reel opens in CapCut and your captions and replies are drafts. You look, then you post. You're always in control.

Where do my videos go?

Nowhere. The editing happens on your computer and your video files stay there. Claude reads the words you say, and for b-roll reels, small stills from your clips.

The Lazy Editor or The Lazy Team?

The Editor edits your reels and plans your month. The Team adds everything around the reel: b-roll reels, repurposing, freebies, comment replies, stats, trip sorting and life bots.

Will the price go up?

Yes. $49 is the pre-sale price until doors close on November 2. When doors open again in 2027, it costs more.

What if I get stuck?

Tell Claude what happened in your own words first. Still stuck? Message me, and you'll get an answer from me, not my AI.

Can I use it for my clients?

It's for your own content and your own business. Running it for other brands or clients needs a different arrangement, so message me and we'll work it out.

Can I share it?

Please don't share the files. Send your friend the link instead. Your license, in plain words, is in the download.

You film. It edits. You take the credit.

Your next reel, edited while you do literally anything else.
